" I'm Rachel! I graduated in 2014 from SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. I'm a certified Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I've been involved in sports since I was little - I played rugby for 8 years starting back in 8th grade. That's really where my love for fitness came from. My favorite way to workout is literally everything! I primarily love interval training, because it's scientifically proven (seriously, I learned this in school) that it's the best way for any athlete or average Joe to workout and get the results they want whether it be an aesthetic goal or an athletic goal. I also love yoga, heavy lifting, and dancing around the house or out in public embarrassing my friends/family."
Marie graduated from the University at Buffalo with her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science. She then went on to get her Master's of Education in Physical Eduction from Canisius College and is now a Certified Physical Education teacher. Marie enjoys running, biking and lifting weights. Marie's favorite OTF workout are Power Days - All Outs, all the way! Her favorite OTF exercise is dumb bell squats.
